I. What information do we collect

We collect personal data you provide, data generated when you use the Platform, and information from third-party sources.

Information you choose to provide

• Registration info: nickname, age, gender, username, avatar, phone number (verification code/password).
• Profile info: height, weight, occupation, location, nationality (optional).
• User-generated content: comments, pictures, voice messages, photos, videos, virtual item videos.
• Facial data: only with your explicit consent for certification; face recognition videos are not retained on our servers beyond verification.
• Transaction info: recharge records, dates, items, amounts (payment credentials handled by third-party payment processors).
• Support communications and user logs for troubleshooting.

Information we collect automatically

• Activity, network, and device information (Device ID, Google Advertising ID, IDFA, OS, model, system language, MAC address, carrier).
• Coarse geolocation based on IP/Wi‑Fi; GPS collected only with explicit consent and can be revoked by disabling permissions.

Information from other sources

We may receive info from social networks, third-party services (analytics, advertisers, payment processors), and partners.

We use personal data for:

• Service provision and operation (voice/video chat, discovery, posting).
• Identification and authentication.

• Service improvements, analytics and fraud detection.
• Security and recharge/payment verification.

We do not share personal information except with your consent or where permitted/required by law. Potential recipients include:

Note: Content you post on the Platform may be visible to others and could appear on third-party platforms; exercise caution.

IV. Your rights

Subject to local laws, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, withdraw consent, data portability, and challenge automated decisions. To exercise rights, contact contact@heshe.co.in. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable time.

Account deletion steps are provided (with a 7-day reversal window after request).

V. Data Storage and Transfer

HeShe operates servers in multiple countries (including the US). We may transfer and store personal information outside your country. We use contractual safeguards and store data according to applicable laws and retention periods; data is deleted or anonymized after retention period.

VI. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (secure servers, firewalls) to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission is fully secure — transmission is at your own risk. Keep your password confidential and report compromises to Support.

VII. Cookies and other technologies

We use cookies to improve functionality and user experience. You may control cookies via browser settings but disabling cookies may affect service features.

VIII. Minors Information

We DO NOT provide services to minors under 18 (or age of majority under local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information of minors; if discovered, we will delete such information and block accounts. Parents/guardians should supervise children’s use.

IX. Child Protection

We prohibit content and ads promoting underage dating, compensated companionship, sexual acts, or exploitative services. We forbid grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking and related harms. Report concerns to contact@heshe.co.in.

X. Disclaimer

Be cautious about sharing sensitive personal details (emails, phone numbers, IDs). Posting sensitive data implies consent for processing and is at your own risk. Violation of Terms or this Policy may lead to account disabling.
